I would have to go back and search, but there was an article on the Blaze about it where the judge ordered the transfer and for her to be allowed to see and be treated by her original doctor, Mark Korson at Tufts. He was the doctor that originally diagnosed her with mitochondrial disorder. I'm pretty sure the "judge" overturned himself and send the girl back into the claws of the State about a day later. It's been a while, so my memory could be faulty.
