we would not have teeth for ripping meat apart were we not meant to eat it,
the current plague of digestive disorders leading to far more disease than I can name offhand including “chronic fatigue” stand as a witness to just how lousy our “modern” diet can be.

"I cut out sugar and flour"*ding! ding! ding!* That alone could reduce obesity levels in the US by at least 50% I believe. It isn't easy in this day and age to give up processed flour, sugar, and most importantly HFCS but every time I hear someone doing it the weight seems to just melt off.
