Summers: Economic pickup could come on unstable ground

The former Treasury secretary for President Bill Clinton and the head of the National Economic Council under President Barack Obama says its not out of the realm of possibility that the economy could accelerate but the acceleration could come on unstable footing.
In an interview with MarketWatch, the Harvard University professor, a former president of that university, talks about where possible bubbles could emerge, as well as his thoughts on Thomas Piketty, the author who has taken the financial world by storm.
