A real man doesn’t have his eyebrows waxed. They might require trimming by late middle age and they start going wild, but waxed, never. It’s a weird metro affectation, looks very peculiar. Appears to be fairly widespread, though.
I got my eyebrows singed by a fire once. I looked like a homo. Why would you trim eyebrows?
