My Apology to Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina
Me | May 5 2014 | RetSignman

Posted on 05/05/2014 6:18:55 PM PDT by RetSignman

Recently I expressed concerns about the television ads running here in South Carolina with Graham and Sen. Tim Scott. I couldn't believe, the Tea Party endorsed Sen. Scott, would appear with Graham so I did some digging.

TOPICS: Miscellaneous
KEYWORDS:
The ads are being paid for by The American Chemistry Council (ACC) so Sen. Scott had no part in the making of these suspicious ads. In my opinion, there are two, obvious reasons for these ads and they are, not only glorify and promote Graham but cause Conservatives and Tea Party members to question Sen. Scott's credibility as a Conservative.

So I looked into the ACC company and who runs it. It turns out the company's CEO and President was once a member of Congress from 1991-2004 in California and a Democrat.

Now I don't know about you but when was last time you heard about a company run by a Democrat endorse and praise, not only a republican but a Tea Party endorsed Conservative. Of course, Graham can and probably will use plausible deniability (sp) claiming no connection to the ACC or it's CEO but you can judge that for yourself.

Again Senator Scott, I apologize for doubting you.

I saw Juan McLame today was insulting Trey Gowdy on Fox. He stated and I quote

“He is just like Lindsey Graham”

Such vicious attacks warrant formal censure.

I dont think there is a serious challenger to Tim Scott.

Someone filed but it wasn’t a big name.

I hope it’s not a gay joke. Chemistry Council.

They might do an ad on the chemistry between McCain and Graham.

Someone should try to do something similar to what Boehner got.

They did a similar ad for Crapo and Simpson in Idaho.

Some Blue Dog and RINOs.

The first semi-conservative candidate they backed was Thune.

Scrolling down the page David Vitter is the only conservative you will see.

I’m not familiar with that race but I’ll guess one of them was having reelection problems so the ACC was trying to help the one THEY wanted to see win.

Same as here in SC.

It takes an honest man to admit when he is wrong. That you would take the time to dig deeper speaks volumes. Thank you for your integrity
