Bob, many people fall down and hurt themselves when they are drunk. Sometimes they even kill themselves. I know a guy that was walking down a sidewalk drunk and fell into a plate glass storefront window. He darn near cut his face off. Hundreds of stitches. We know Hillary likes to have a beer or three. There have been many pictures published with a drink in her hand looking tipsy. I would not doubt that this eventually led to a fall.
FYI, I was down in Tortola, BVI about 14 years ago. I sat down at Soper’s Hole Marina and bar on the west end of the island. Sitting next down us was the former(now deceased) Senator Kennedy of the Commonwealth of Ma. He was there with his wife and another couple. He had also just had plastic surgery on his nose at the Bougainvillea Clinic on the island. He formerly had a huge GIN blossomed nose. He still had steri-strip bandages on his nose. He was a pasty fat guy in person. He also could hardly walk. I saw him a couple weeks later on TV. He had a lot of pancake makeup on.
This clinic on Tortola caters to the rich and famous. It is more like a fancy hotel that does plastic surgery.

He and his friends waddled off to their dinghy eventually and out to their sloop in the harbor. The dinghy was listing badly to the port side where he was sitting.
