Quinn and Rose’s last broadcast was on November 17th, 2013. Here we are, six months later. Our friendly group has stuck together, and new FRiends have posted. I don’t know what’s on the other side of May 17th. Lets pray for good news and a return of our favorite hosts to the airwaves. Quinn tweeted to keep checking their website for updates.

Meanwhile...Harley Brown...biker candidate for Idaho governor. Running on “I’m not politially correct!” platform. Was on Redeye overnight. He is hilarious...and actually pretty cool.
His website is packed with politically incorrect jokes offending everyone!

Had a discussion with two co-workers on Wednesday. One is very conservative but VERY uninformed about anything political. She was saying that Wolfe - who is running for governor - looked interesting. I looked up his website and checked out his platform. Holy crow! The guy is as liberal as you can get!!! I think I came off too sharp as I read it off to the co-worker (who is a very nice lady). I think she was very shocked. Another person in our office - was a teacher who lost her job. She’s blaming Corbett and is making it known - loudly - that she will not vote for him.
I wish Guzzardi had made it to the ballot. I guess Corbett is our only alternative.

Going to have to hold my nose and vote for Corbett too! Better than Wolf, Schwartz (who loves ObamaCare) and the other two stooges on the left.
The last couple days have really been depressing—Boehner (how did OH send him back?!?) PROMISES immigration reform; Wasserman-Shultz promises a Carbon a Tax; and the price of EVERYTHING is going up. With the PROMISE that our electric rates are going to skyrocket.
I heard all of that! We are trying to get ahead on bills and now having to help son and wife (glad to do it, but if we don’t keep up, we can’t help them!) Your son and wife were wise to move in with inlaws until he gets a job. Son has a job interview with the Park Service - Keystone State Park. Has to go to Butler to get his CPR certification tomorrow. No place closer that offers classes before his interview.
I wish I didn’t have to worry so much, but I guess that’s what parents do?

Did you see the 17 YO gal in WVA who is unning for state house?. She won the primary by running on a conservative, pro life, business, gun and cutting tax platform! Libs heads are asploding!
Oh and Harley Brown in his summary at a candidate interview. He was there with two guys in business suits and another guy who would fit in with Duck Dynasty. He ended with...who you gonna vote for....the cowboy...the lawyer...(both in suits)... the biker (him)... or the normal guy..the DD type. If I can find the video I’ll post a link.

Has little Baby Sneakers settled into a sleep routine yet? So good that they are close by and you’ll get to see her so often.
Here things are changing AGAIN...the revolving door is spinning again. Son who is getting married in November is moving to his house in OH this weekend. Another one leaving the nest...but the vultures left behind are quarrelling over “his” soon to be empty room (in a we put the “fun” in dysfunctional sorta way). Youngest wants the bigger room; PaDad proclaimed he wants an “reading room” (we own like a dozen books but I guess he wants them all stacked “there”) and I want to use for baby. Meanwhile, it will take weeks to get all of “ extra” stuff, that I know he is going to leave behind, out of there. Same thing happened when our daughter moved out—her apt (then house) neat as a pin...because 17,000 are still HERE!!!

LOLOLOL! Sounds familiar. Son and wife moved from half a house to an apartment so our spare room is now filled with BOTH their things now. My girl cave is a mess because he chucked all the stuff from the spare room into the here.
Grandbaby is doing fantastic! They found out that she had acid-reflux. That’s why she was crying all the time. She’s on a very tiny dose of Xantac - or whatever is for acid reflux. She sleeps better, doesn’t cry and much and doesn’t spit up as much. Hard to believe she’s already almost a month and a half old.
Hard to believe your granddaughter is almost 2!!! My great-nephew is growing like a weed and all boy! His daddy will have him out there hunting and fishing in no time!

The entire Democrat slate of candidates for Governor is to the left of Che Guevara.
This stuns me, since the formula that generally wins for Democrats in this state is the Bob Casey/Bob Casey 2.0 one (I’m Pro-Life, Pro-Gun, Pro-Traditional Values, but I just want to do a little bit of spreadin’ the wealth around to help DA WORKIN’ MAN!)
What the Dems are doing is suicidal in my view. As awful as he’s been, Corbett may just survive this.
Oh Buckeye I SOOOOO agree with you!! The lefty candidates are abominable! If one of them gets into the governor’s office, we are so screwed. I can’t imagine how any of them can win. Unfortunately, this is Pa. Nothing surprises me anymore.
One thing I have noticed is that they’re now coming out of the closet, so to speak, and are not afraid to call themselves Liberals.
Have you seen the commercial for the Lt. Gov. Candidate (Mike Stack?) who says he’s proud to have gotten an “F” rating from a “Right Wing” group, and that he espouses Democrat values like “Marriage Equality” and free birth control for women?
