The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is facing mounting evidence that some of the hospitals it runs have been keeping two sets of books to make it look as if they were reducing waiting times to see a doctor.
More damning, the department is investigating the claims of a whistleblower doctor in Arizona that dozens of patients at one hospital died while they were languishing on a hidden waiting list without ever being given an appointment. Richard Griffin, the department’s acting inspector general, admitted on Thursday that its review could lead to criminal charges. In the first political casualty of the scandal, Robert Petzel, the department’s undersecretary for heath, resigned on Friday.

What no one seems to realize is that BHO is not ultimaely responsible for any actions by anyone in an agency, bureau, commission, or department that reports to him. That is not the way the real world works. It must be nice.

Not to defend this POC we have as a president, but every administration has quickly forgotten the veteran as soon as the war/conflict was over. Sad, but true.
Only difference, the conflict is still going on and there is little or no help from this despicable administration for disabled warriors. Once discharged, they are all but forgotten by the Veterans Administration.

About ten years ago I was talking to an old veteran at the VA Hospital here in Houston. He told me he had cancer and would die within about six months because the VA didn’t treat him in time. This has been happening for decades.
For those idiots who worship Obama and his government run healthcare, look at what you’re getting! The VA is the perfect example of government screwing something up.

Why, oh why do We, the People have any compelling reasons to vote for any Doormat Republicans, or Obama Democrats who have promised to advance Obama’s Agenda to “Fundamentally transform the United States of America” by increasing the number of undocumented Democrat voters who are Illegal Alien Invaders from Mexico?
All Doormat Boehner has tio do is NOT bring his Boehner Amnesty Bill in the House up for a vote and Reid’s Senate Amnesty bill dies a well-deserved, and NECESSARY death.

You are correct. He has never been held accountable for anything, and I am sure he never will be. I have seen some colorful descriptions of all the horrible, evil things he can, and will get away with. All are true. My opinion is, no one will ever be held accountable for anything. Not for Benghazi gate, IRS gate, VA gate, nothing. I wish I was wrong, but that is reality.
