i’m surprised people even try any new fangled approach to health, considering how disease free we are as a society while taking the current medical advice.
Your body detoxify’s itself every day. Its called taking piss and taking a crap.
First you have to be able to do both. Drugs cause constipation, or low water disposal.
Don’t forget about exhaling those “greenhouse gases”.
Being stuffed up also comes from these radical fat free diets for losing weight. The body needs a certain amount of fat to lubricate the digestive track and keep things moving.
I know people who pay to have some untrained non medical person “flush” their colons (massive enema) with a machine using a concoction of “natural” cleaners. I can’t believe that people haven’t died from perforated colons or electolyte imbalance as a result of this quack therapy.
She has finally found something that I like, though, and that's the green smoothies. They actually taste good, suppress your appetite, and diminish cravings for junk food.
