The BBC has been described as bureaucratic, Orwellian and a holiday camp by its employees in a series of anonymous reviews of the corporation.
While current and former employees praise the excellent opportunities and work-life balance offered by working at the BBC, the corporations management structure is criticized by many, according to media trade magazine Press Gazette.

Privatize it, break it into several different companies without tax funding
Largely privately funded anyway.
Loose a load of the useless middle managers and it will be home and dry.
But that's all in the past,IMO.Certainly when it comes to news coverage.

I’m quite happy with 50 reasonable channels and 10 good ones, minus 940 channels of puerile dross and adverts.
Just used to it i suppose. :)
Make me tea?
Make love to me?
Put on the telly
To the BBC!
To the BBC,
Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!
The day they decided to create a government corporation like the BBC was the day freedom of the press really died in the UK
