Bail slashed for mom who drove kids into ocean

The bail amount has been drastically slashed for the mom accused of trying to kill her kids by driving her minivan with them inside into the Atlantic Ocean.

But despite the sizable reduction — her bail is now $90,000, down from $1.2 million — Ebony Wilkerson is not much closer to leaving the Volusia County Branch Jail, her attorney said.

"When you have nothing, even a few dollars is too much," her attorney, James Purdy, said after the Thursday morning hearing.

Hey come on, she was just practicing her "right to choose". She just wants the right to kill her baby after 24 weeks and if you are against that, then you are a participant in the "war against women"..

When the kids learn of and understand that she tried to kill them, she’ll be better off in jail anyway methinks.

On the other hand, I hear that the one crime that’s not tolerated in the Big House is a child murderer. The inmates show little mercy and the guards tend to look the other way.
