A shootout between two permit holders may be one of the rarest shooting ever. I have never heard of it happening. I sure would like to hear the final accounting.

Did I miss something? I read about a cold blooded murderer shooting someone in the back at least three times and then the victims brother shooting the animal, that doesn't sound like a shootout which would be people exchanging multiple rounds with each other.
