Okay, Let's go over the cast shall we--

Lupita from "12 years a Slave"

Adam Driver from some show about lesbians or something

John Boyega-- I kid you not, the guy in the hoodie is going to be a jedi or something

Next up in the bullpen, I bet they have Conchita the Phoenix

I'm hoping for Young Lando, they'll pick that hologram of Tupac- I can't wait to see it! I hope it's about galactic climate change and sustainable fishing!! Go Disney!!!

" following initial online outcry about the lack of diversity in the cast, certainly makes Lucasfilm and Disney appear not only open to criticism, but willing to listen and make amends when necessary."

Oh, I think by the time Disney gets their teeth into the Star Wars universe, we'll be praying for Jar Jar to give a 20 minute speech to the High Council about trade relations

What’s with lack of diversity in Star Wars? There are tons of aliens. Remember, it takes place in a galaxy far far away. Human beings are a minority of the beings found in the worlds of Star Wars. Right? What am I missing?

Star wars ceased to be any good about half way through “Return of the Jedi”.

It seems that humans are by far the majority species in the galaxy; there’s plenty of aliens, but about half the people you run into are human.

Nothing about her personally, but a while back ago they had an announcement where they introduced the cast. Then people started complaining that there were no women announced. Then they started announcing that several women were joining the cast. So, is the script even written, are these randon extras given some lines, what are these late announced characters? It doesn’t give me any confidence that they have anything nailed down yet.
