Whatever bad cultural trait in America, in the old days it took about 10 years to get to Japan (gang banger wannabees, grafitti, etc) but in this new instant information age and the money power of the Gay Mafia worldwide, it is spreading quickly. Uganda might be the last nation standing following the worldwide pervert onslaught.
