Until not that long ago, there was a state employee (management) at a certain SC state agency who for years was famous for sleeping on the back dock where any one could see. After napping there, often times this person would make it to their office and resume. Every now and then this person was seen to attend a meeting once in a while.
He was finally let go or made to retire. I don’t know how he got away with it or what he had on someone to stay essentially untouchable.
Maybe his momma or someone knew the Governor.... like that creep guard in the Green Mile...
If you don’t believe this works just look at Spain or Mexico. Another Marxist study with results based on an agenda.
