There must be a Constitutional issue here that someone like Freedom Watch can take up. These people have been convicted of no crime. If they have, then it has not been via due process of law, which makes it unconstitutional. Neither the federal nor a state government can compel the movements or control the personal time of a free citizen who has been convicted of no crime. I am not a lawyer, but it seems this is different than a subpoena or a summons, wherein you are required to appear as part of a legal proceeding. This stands outside of the bounds of such things.
