The unnamed man had repeatedly refused his wifes request to buy her beverage on the grounds he did not want her to have such drinks.
But the wife rebuffed her husbands claims, saying he has refused to buy her beverage and many other items because he is mean.
When the husband returned home one day, he found that his wife has bought a beverage can he immediately divorced her, Ajel newspaper said, quoting Dr Towfiq Murad, a family affairs instructor and Islamic affairs director at the Riyadh-based King Abdul Aziz University.

damned fool - now he’ stuck with four kids and no help....
Surely his second, third and fourth wives will pitch in.
I guess that it wasn’t the real thing.
These people are seriously looney.
It would be funny if it wasn’t so pathetic.
she’s lucky she didn’t bring home a six-pack
Did she just buy the can, or did it actually have a beverage in it?
She should have bought an ammo can
And the means to use it.
That’s OK, lonely broads will always find comfort. Laz will see to that.
And they say the western culture is screwed up? It will be best when we just cut off all relations with these people & get them out of our country unless they can assimilate.
She should have bought the beverage in a bottle.
This is what happens after 800 years of marrying your first cousin.
