L’il Kim was probably expecting a fun day of blowing up the people with mortars and it rained, causing the mortars not to explode in the mud. I would be VERY upset if that happened to ME too!

Have them check with Fat Albert Gore; he can predict the weather 100 years down the line. Given enough dough, he can also change it.
