Over the past few years, Testa realized that the famed flamingos were not producing eggs. "Five years I've been waiting for them to do something. I've been watching them," said Testa. Testa decided to take the matter into his own hands, and he became the "flamingo doctor." He decided to place fake eggs around the Flamingos at the park. "When you don't see an egg you say, OK, I'll put a fake egg out there, and maybe somebody will look over and go, 'Oh, OK, we've got to lay eggs,'" said Testa.

I don’t remember him either. You are right about Peter (Mordecai Sahmbi - Time Trax) Donat not being there.
A long time ago, a new season kicking off in TV used to be enjoyable. Even as a kid, I looked forward to the big TV Guide with all the upcoming stuff for that season.
