On the leadership race in the House to find a replacement for House Majority Leader Eric Cantor, who lost his primary election last week, King stressed a pledge he made that he would not vote for any member of Congress who supports amnesty.
King accused House Speaker John Boehner of attempting to engineer the leadership vote to replace Cantor in favor of House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy, an establishment GOP leader in Washington that King identified as part of the problem, not the solution.
Boehner gave McCarthy a full day to organize before the rest of us in the GOP caucus knew the details of when Cantor was going to leave and that the leadership vote would be scheduled so soon, King said.
Boehner is using the full force and power of what the establishment GOP leadership can do to jam something on those of us in Congress. Boehner gave McCarthy a one-lap lead in a two-lap race. Before any others had a chance to organize, McCarthy used that advantage to secure support among Boehners staff and those that were left among Cantors staff. The rest of us were brought together to announce the results of an election that Boehner rigged.

At least one member of Congress understands what is happening. Lynn Westmoreland certainly does not.
Boehner is such a clown and he does great harm to the party. He makes it too easy for the media to make republicans look clueless.
I call it magic of and by politicians ... all (politicians) want to reshape America and call it their love ... They lie!
“Boehner gave McCarthy a full day to organize before the rest of us in the GOP caucus knew the details of when Cantor was going to leave”
B******!!!! Why did the entire convention not boo this schmuck in 2012???! What an irredeemable festering sack of goatslime. I knew something was up, putting this California LIBTARD into the majority leadership.
Let me just say if I was a conservative lawmaker on the Hill, I’d urinate all over Boehner’s office carpet, then give McCarthy a good kick in the balls. How do they keep getting away with this?
Oh yes, RINO supporters like Peter King and Adam Spinzinger.
Why do I get the sense that someone on the top rung is laughing at everyone? Except it isn’t funny. It might be if it weren’t so tragic and real lives weren’t being ruined and lost because of the ineptitude and self-interest.
So... what does any of that have to do with illegals and the border crisis?
WHAT IS RICK PERRY DOING ABOUT THIS?
That is the essential question, that no one can answer...the entire gov't needs to be "Repealed and Replaced"!
I know that will never happen...Just Saying!
