Do they make one to block loud rap music from the next car over?
If you have your own FM transmitter and knew that the other radio was tuned to a particular station, you could overwhelm his signal and make his radio play Chopin or Mantovani Strings or THE CARPENTERS... and that should pretty much do it for the day...
