Successfully defending a criminal defendant is nothing for Clinton to be ashamed of, so long as her conduct was ethical.

obama and wife were both either disbarred or turned in their licenses, why can’t we know why
I would think a “successful ‘defense’” of someone who is guilty requires a breach of ethics.
Romney was beat up for High School stuff, why not get on her for getting fired from the Watergate team and this young girl’s rape case. Pour it on, be careful about being perceived as a Bully like they turned it on Rick Lazio
Big “bump” to your post.
Welcome to FR.
C’mon. The standards are different for Progressives since they are doing “the right thing.”
Hillary’s entire past will come to haunt her if she decides to run for the office of POTUS...
she ran once and lost..she will lose a second run as well...and personally as a woman of 71...Hillary is too old for the work involved...she is lazy, physically and spoiled beyond means. Plus not as well liked as she seems to think she is...
this Nation and world is in terrible condition and it will take a powerful person to begin the clean up....and TED CRUZ has that ability...
REMEMBER IN NOVEMBER...VOTE TO FLIP THE SENATE.
In other news, Ted Cruz may have a cousin who returned a library book late back in the 70s. Obviously, Cruz is unfit for office.
The information should be put out there. It is not this writer’s call on whether or not it is relevant. That is up to the voters. He can say that it is not relevant to him, but the fact he writes for the WaPo establishes that.
Sorry, he doesn’t write for the WaPO.
And .. what about the high school “bullying” story the left brought out about Romney ..???
I know many here will not like to hear it but if it looks like Hillary will be nominated, Mitt Romney will get into the race and if nominated, he will win. Mitt's camp knows that. So if we are going to put up a non-Romney candidate, it's time to get started now.
Hell, yes. She was fired because of "moral turpitude", and currupt actions...and refused any letter of recommendation. Clearly a window on character. Pansies, pinkos and putzes will disagree.
That used to be the standard for journalists. Report the facts, and let the chips fall where they may. This helped keep Americans informed, and free.
But today every story must go through filters. Non-PC stories are buried. Stories that democrats look bad are buried.
Now that's an interesting prediction, to be sure. From what I saw in 2012, Mittens enjoyed running for president, but he didn't actually want to be president. So maybe I disagree with your very last prediction.
I still remember Mrs. Clinton’s shrinking violet act when mild-mannered Rick Lazio confronted her to sign a pledge not accept soft money in debate their 2000 debate for the US senate. Every since, Republicans are accused of waging a war on women. The Clintons will do it with this issue too and the clapping seal media will applaud.
Mitt Romney’s prep-school pranks and vacation details were fair game.
So is any bit of Hillary!’s record. .
Sure, why not? She is nothing special. Just another corrupt and incompetent politician.
I’m watching John Kerry attempting to project an effective SOS with gravitas. It ain’t working - but I truly believe he will take on Hilary for POTUS nominee.
Cruz will crucify him.
Cruz & Allen West would be a ticket to freedom.
I completely agree with you.
BOTH of our last two presidential candidates on the Republican side, have fought (desperately at times) to beat every one of their (Republican) rivals.
Then BOTH of them, once opposed by Barack Obama, quieted right now and didn’t run against him, with anywhere near the same determination. In fact, it was almost as if both of them, lost on purpose.
McCain did a great thing in picking Palin as his running mate in 2008. Other than that, I cannot think of why I would conclude they hadn’t both deliberately run to capture the GOP candidacy, then throw the election (almost as if on purpose) to Barack Obama.
I know that is not likely. But both of them, acted as if they really did not want to beat Obama nearly as badly, as they wanted to with the GOP candidacy.
To heck with the GOP if that is how we end up running people.
I say we keep a very clear eye on Palin, and I think she should run (against) the GOP in 2016.
I know a lot of people here disgree with that, but I’m all in favor of a Palin insurgency.
Sarah Palin, that was one thing, but what about Sarah Palin’s daughters? That’s what they did, so forget “fair game”.

Considering the extremely poor performance of Sarah Palin’s “Handlers” and how they reacted when she “went rogue” I think Sarah’s talent caught them off guard.
She wasn’t supposed to be a good pick!
Probably not. After all, Hillary's Benghazi fiasco was two years ago, dude, and it's not fair game anymore. 'RATS get a pass on everything they do.
The MSM used more resources to investigate Sam “Joe the plumber” Wurzelbacher’s trade license than they did Baraq’s dubious birth cert. And Joe was just a guy who stumbled into an interview, LOL.
Under the assumed innocent until proven guilty system, each and every criminal defendant gets to have as much of a zealous defense that they can afford while the prosecutors proceed with neither pride nor passion in their prosecution.
Hillary and I are the same age. 28 in 1975 is not the same 28 as it is for many today. By age 28 I no longer thought of myself as being young. Enough had happened in my life that I was totally responsible for any decisions I made. She had been called on the carpet for actions during Watergate a couple of years earlier. Evidently that was wasted effort.
She did not say Hillary was 71. She was speaking about herself if al baby. could understand that oh boy
...and you would be wrong. The U.S. Constitution requires that an attorney defend anyone accused of a crime, and there are many ethical ways to do so.
She was also fired as a staffer for the Watergate investigation for he dishonesty.
Does anyone think she is any less dishonest today; or is she far worse?
Is there any shape that left-wing morality cannot be twisted into and made to fit?
“What difference does it make?” ... She’s a democrat. Democrats are liars, thieves, anti-American lickspittlists, and degenerates. She’s a run of the mill democrat. She lies, steals, and is a degenerate. What difference does it make, demcrats will vote for her because she is one of them.
The victim accuses Clinton of lying in an affidavit. That should have been at the top of the article, not buried half way down. That is the shocking crux of the matter.
Blame the 13 year old girl for being a slut and provoking the rape and beating. While it has been used by other lawyers in other rape cases, this is the first recorded use of “Feminist” H Clinton’s “sluts and nuts” strategy. Establishes a pattern of HC’s behavior. Hell yes its fair game.
Where "Stolen Valor" is concerned, everything is fair game.
Does anybody believe that if any prospective Pubbie candidate had done similar things, the media wouldn’t be headlining it every day? Of course she’s fair game. People should know what a radical Hillary was. Of course, they didn’t care that Obama was a bigtime radical, so I doubt it will change too many people’s minds.
If the head of the Watergate team had followed up by doing the right thing and gotten clinton disbarred, maybe she wouldn’t have been in a position to rape the victim a second time.
Hillary’s backers are, much like her:
Burned Out Warthogs for the War On Women (BOWWOW).
She wasn’t supposed to be a good pick.
I agree, and believe that McCain worked to undermine her by insisting on the Couric and Gibson interviews.
McCain was obama’s best secret weapon.
McCain is the one who said “We have nothing to fear from an Obama presidency.”
Was George W Bushs Dental Records from the Texas National Guard relevant when he ran against the Lunatic Algore?
