I hope it is photo-shopped. . .anyone going out in public like that needs their head examined. This kind of attire usually is a good indication that the person is starved for attention and has low self-esteem. There are street walkers more modest than this. . .just sayin.’ I feel sorry for her and what she has been through . . .but this “statement” of hers. . . if the photo is real. . is well you know . . .less than acceptable.
