I don't understand how a new firearms manufacturer setting up shop in Texas is bad.

Trivia: There are two spellings:

1. Flack is a public relations fibber.

2. Flak is a German abbreviation for flieger abwehr kanone = antiaircraft gun or antiaircraft fire (from its association with the weapon). Its current usage is a slang term for people who oppose another person's point of view. Example: “When you're catching a lot of media flak, you've hit their soft spot.”

Oh, no. Don’t take it as a criticism. There are a lot of people who don’t know the difference between ‘flack’ and ‘flak’. I’m a military historian and I knew this, but there are (supposedly) brilliant members of the media that do not know the difference! (You know the type: they tell everyone they know everything about anything.)

Texas is among the worst offenders when it comes to giving money to green energy as well.

We are?

You might want to ask T. Boone Pickens how that worked out for him. :)

“Big difference; it’s an investment with a common rate of return”

So how much will each citizen of Texas get exactly?

Mis-use of taxpayer funds. These companies are not part of government or of the necessary functions of a government. Good governments do not take from the people and give it to private entities. Private companies are supposed to make their own money.

LOL now that is some serious internet childishness.

Do your own research or remain ignorant.

That is a pretty odd response to a question.

I was simply wondering if you had a source regarding your post about Texas being one of the worst offenders for devoting funds for green energy. I couldn’t find anything about that and thought you might have that information.

It appears that you do not. The link you provided doesn’t reference green energy...and I am quite aware of the Enterprise Fund.

Thanks anyway.
