Exactly. Or the guy who goes: I think I’ll just grab this pig with my bare hands.

As that great philosopher Forrest Gump once said;

Stupid is as stupid does...

Way back when I was a kid there was a TV show called Wild Cargo, as I recall. I can’t remember the name of the lead character but his sidekick’s name was Mel. Anyway, they did all kinds of really wild hunts. One time they went elephant hunting with a .44 Mag but the one I remember was the time they went hog hunting someplace. Mel was the backup guy and the had a .45 greas gun. So they’re crashing through this really thick undergrowth and all of a sudden this hog comes rushing out, squeeling like mad. Mel turns and rips off a full mag of .45 ACP, Brrrrrrrrrrp!!

The porker goes ass over appetite. Was cool as hell.

Was overheard saying.... "Hold muh beer and watch this" moments before.

I used a 44 Mag. for Hogs. We used a Jeep with the passenger's seat removed. Forty miles an hour across a soggy field is something I prefer to forget.

Get a rifle with some real knockdown power,like a .45-70.Those pigs are just evil and pretty hard to kill.

I don`t know, I think a nice STIHL MS 880 Magnum with a nice sharp chain, would give porky a bloody run for his money. Especially if the operator is wearing chaps and leather gloves (as he should be).

I have killed at least 20 hogs with a bow and haven’t been attacked yet... longest blood trail 30 yards.. Shoot them right and watch them fall

I’m amazed that that hog intimidated that big bull.
