Islamic fundamentalists abducted the freelance reporter in August 2008, and she was released 460 days later. Just months after surviving the ordeal, she established a non-profit to provide education to girls in Somalia.

"The fact that they know about the work I'm doing now," she said. "That I have chosen compassion, that they could see that they didn't break me — that's the best justice I could have."

A Hollywood production company announced last week that it bought the rights to Lindhout's bestselling memoir, "A House in the Sky."

Stockholm Syndrome.

Sort of like the United States a few years after 9/11 voting in Mr. Hussein.

Democrat politicians would like to see you exercise some restraint in condemning these rapists and war criminals.

I believe this is the female that went into bad parts of the country thinking her liberalism would save her.

She was captured, raped, impregnated, and converted thinking it would hold back her rapists. Her son borne of this was named Osama.

She then tried to convince her captors to release her and not her fiance if his family didn’t pay enough of a ransom.

She’s insane and has nothing to teach anyone other than a cautionary tale of naive liberalism.

This woman is just plain stupid and had an apparent wish to be raped and abducted.
