Public school falls under government - have to have a STATE license to teach...knowing I have worked for the govt in LE and Defense - I’ve had to go through multiple polygraphs and single scope background investigations - they should at least do the SSBI...but then again, until they are caught or exposed, like Snowden’s case, no one knows...I guess it comes down to supervision and not allowing your kid to be anywhere on the school campus after school lets out...

They obviously saved up all these reports to dump them into the public at this time, but ... what’s Utah done (or gonn’a do) to warrant this assault ?

From the last graph of the article: Timothy William Bothell, 44, a member of an LDS stake high council in Centerville, sexually abused one girl and exposed himself to another. The girls were 11 and 13 and were friends of his family. He pleaded guilty to attempted aggravated sex abuse of a child and was sentenced in May to two years in jail but may qualify for work release after one year.
