Teacher isn’t fired after giving teen gifts, sending ‘love’ texts

A Queens middle-school teacher let a 14-year-old student drive his car, gave him cash and expensive gifts, and exchanged hundreds of texts behind his parent’s back. But, over the objections of the outraged parents and principal, the teacher can keep his job, an arbitrator has ruled. James Rampulla Jr., 44, who taught at Irwin Altman MS 172 in Floral Park, sent some of the 513 texts to the boy after 11 p.m. and included the words “I love you,” according to evidence presented at the teacher’s administrative trial. The boy also told investigators that Rampulla, while they both worked at World of Discovery Summer Day Camp in Bayside, once put a hand on his thigh, and let him watch pornography in his apartment, according to a report by Richard Condon, the special commissioner of investigation for city schools. Rampulla denied those allegations.

This pedophile wasn’t just handing out expensive gifts for the joy of giving. He was ‘investing’ in a future man/boy love session. Reminds me some of Michael Jackson and Neverland’s treat for the kids. Its all just innocent milk and cookies for the darlings. Homo pedophilia is what Rumpy was engaging in and leading up to perved encounters at the right opportunity.
This is a good example of the reason I have often wondered. How come the Republic Party has not made pushes to fill education with Young Conservatives? If it’s because (it’s too late) I have wondered this for at least 20 years so why haven’t they? You have to start somewhere and why not ever start? Oh well, I think they never have any ideas. Wish they’d steal mine.
