The gun-control group founded by former New York mayor Michael R. Bloomberg (I) will begin surveying all federal candidates in the 2014 midterm elections on gun issues Monday as it tries to become a political counterweight to the National Rifle Association.
This is the first big step by Bloomberg who has committed to spending $50 million of his personal fortune this year to build a national grass-roots movement that will pressure lawmakers to pass more restrictive gun laws to devise a political strategy heading into the November elections.
Bloombergs group, Everytown for Gun Safety, is asking all Senate and House incumbents and candidates to complete a 10-part questionnaire stating publicly where they stand on issues such as expanding background checks for gun buyers, limiting the capacity of ammunition magazines and toughening gun-trafficking statutes.
The survey intends to make candidates state their positions on the record for the first time. Everytown plans to use their answers as well as an analysis of any past legislative votes and public statements to rally voters for or against them in key Senate and House races this fall, similar to how the NRA uses its ratings system to motivate pro-gun-rights voters.

I am all for it.
The NRA an GOA do the same.
Some squirelly pols refuse to answer.
And what if the candidate or incumbent wipes his or her butt with this Jewish Nazi’s questionnaire and doesn’t send it back to Bloomturd? I doubt if many politicians would bother, unless they’re moonbats in safe districts who want money from this socialist, worthless ahole.
“Michael R. Bloomberg (I) “
the I must stand for idiot, because every one of his views is democratic.
He should be made to answer a questionnaire on the firearms involved with his own security.
I hope the idiot spends all his money and still loses.
Bloomberg and Just about every politician are guarded by an immense arsenal of weapons and are supreme gun rights for thee not me hypocrites.

Yeah, I know and the effing MSM never called out Obama on his happiness of “men with guns” guarding his little darlings. It was so important that out of the dozens and dozens of things he could have said about the joys of being president, that was the one uppermost on his mind.
Let Bloomberg waste his money. I don’t have a problem with the survey. I wish I knew more about Sen. Arlen Toomey (RINO-PA) before voting for him. Fortunately, the Toomey, Manchin, Schumer bill never made it through the House, but did expose a complete fraud and someone who is ignorant of the constitution and devoid of common sense - Toomey.

Well you know they are more important than us and have so much more to give to the collective minded progressives.../s
