OK, ignore question number 5, what about the first 4 questions? Aren’t they generic enough such that they will be culture neutral?
I didn’t bother with that private (or public) school crap.
Not that anyone gives a damn, but I just taught my kids to read when they were three (and they were fluent well before they turned 5) and taught them math that got them years ahead of their grade levels.
It wasn’t hard, but you do have to be willing to TOTALLY DISREGARD the methods that Big Education uses these days, and go back about 50 years. Then it’s easy.

The tiles aren’t in sequence. Each line is a set. each set had all three shapes and all three shading patterns. The square and half shade patter at missing from line 3.
Really had for kid of any age under 12, unless you are tutored to know what they mean by “sequence” where a bright but not Mensa grade kid could figure it out. You can tell who’s smart. They are the people who are selling both tests and test prep.
