I have been feeling the pinch of inflation for the past few years, and it is not fun.

Hence the demand for doubling the annual number of guest workers and the tripling of legal immigration over the next decade. You need more labor to reduce and depress wages.

Moronic BS. That corner was rounded for the last 4-5 years.

It's just more government lies. The fed's define "core inflation" as inflation without considering fuel or food prices. How convenient.

So your electricity bill might jump 20% and your food bill might jump 20%, and the fed's would say nope, no inflation here.

I don’t believe this. U6 is through the roof. An unemployed Liberal Arts major with crushing school loan debt and a work ethic will do you companies just fine.

Or is this an excuse to bring the ‘Dreamers’ accross the border?

If the qualifications include not being able to speak the language, low education levels and low skills, Obama is working on it.

“Finally?”

I love these pencil headed Ivy League dweebs mocking us for lack of CPI inflation.

Of course, dopes like Paul Krugman don’t go to the grocery store, gas station, or write the checks for their light bill.

Bacon is through the roof. Beef is higher than ever. But they don't factor these food items into their inflation data.

I don’t think they factor in ANY food item in to their data.

I agree. In my little corner of world, I do not see any ‘heating up’ of the economy. My son who is a mechanical engineer is working his tail off because the company had to let go one of his coworkers to cut costs. He has not had a salary raise in years. The BS statistics used in the article likely come from the lying administration. I can not count how many times I have heard that the economy is supposedly turning around and they have all been mirages.

I'm surprised they haven't redefined the CPI to be just the price of chinese electronic goods. I should be quiet lest they get ideas.
