I normally can't stand a sport where kicking a ball around results in a zero score and people cheer about that lame-oh Kurr-Rapp.
However, Brazil sucks and is being trounced right now 7-1.
I think Germany felt sorry and just allowed a score as a sign of sportsmanship.
Normally (Hah!) I'd never watch woccer/soccer but, I just had a giant plate of ribs and I like seeing these chumps get trounced.

The German goalie came out to yell at his teammate for missing #8 with a wide open shot and was out of position.
Looks like they either played without balls or got kicked in them.

Apparently it was announced to the German fans in the stadium to stay put so they could organize an escort out of the stadium.

This Brazilian team was outgunned and outclassed today by a superb German squad.
They should be proud to make it to the World Cup final.
Was in Pitt. for a week or so and at one point I tried to get into one of the bars nr PNC Park for a quick meal before the Pirates game (which they won, exciting 9th inning) but of course the USA World Cup game (which they LOST) was on so it was mobbed.
Had a quick burger in the park instead. Yesterday before I flew back I ate at the Hofbrauhaus there and it was kinda dead for a Monday lunch and the barkeep said they had a good crowd for Germany game last week...am guessing today they were doing a nice amount of business...
I dont understand why they aren’t showing the celebration.

It was over for most Americans when we got knocked out by Belgium. Soccer is a crappy, boring sport and 95% of American citizens (not counting the illegals here) only care about it when they have their home country to root for. Kinda like the Olympics, no one actually cares about track and field but it's mildly amusing when we can cheer for the red, white and blue.
