Of course he is aware. With all the US diplomats and State Department personel stationed in Central America, how did the planning and coordination of this massive migration of unaccompanied children miss their notice. One can only conclude that Obama knew exactly what was happening but the lack of action by Immigration, Border Security and Homeland security was simply Obama’s immigration policy being implemented.
When you have orchestrated the whole debacle YOURSELF, you can BE ‘intimately’ aware!!

He doesn’t care. Attending fund-raisers in Texas as this crisis unfolds without taking a quick trip to the border is just another case of Obama flipping the bird at the entire nation.
Just like like arresting Dinesh D’Souza for a minor offense, hiring extra guards to close national parks during the shutdown and then hosting an illegal immigration rally on the National Mall and on and on.
I would imagine Obama’s middle fingers must get cramped from all the time he spends holding them up to America’s citizens.
