I was fortunate enough to get a little last-minute job installing ceramic tile in a customer’s small den-they had already ripped up the carpet and pad, it was an easy installation, so my compadre and I decided to do it ourselves, yesterday and this morning, cutting the cost to the customer and making enough for ourselves to buy groceries for our respective households for the week.
Small one-and-two person jobs like that are becoming common. It isn’t enough money for luxuries, but it pays bills and buys food, so I’m thankful for it.
I had a coupon from the beauty supply for a bottle of Argan oil hair conditioner-the kind you put on before you shampoo and leave on for an hour or so-I bought some and am trying it now-it has a nice clean herbal smell, but it feels like I have cooking oil or something on my hair-as soon as the hour is up, I’ll wash my hair and see if this stuff is worth buying without a coupon...
