Where Refugees Eventually Wind Up?Most Likely Sharing One/Two Bedroom Units With 10 Others.

Posted on 07/14/2014 7:10:24 PM PDT by Cruz_West_Paul2016

They come here for a better life?Well, that depends on what metropolitan towns they get sent to.But it would be predictable that many of the refugees will wind up in those "Third World Units" where we know that up to 10 or so people are sharing. In many cases, they will be sharing one or two bedrooms and one toilet. So is this what the Liberals promised to these children crossing the border?Bad enough being sardined into detention centers, sharing toilets, very little food, and then if they find a home, their living conditions wont be much different.Sooner or later many of these refugees will be begging to go back home.

This is a bad premise. I'm one of ten and we were raised in a three bedroom house by two very hard working parents. My Dad was a WWII vet. We all turned out very well. Growing up in humble circumstances doesn't mean that you will be a burden to society.
It is all in the raising of the children and the values that their parents instill in them.

why didn’t they just dump them all in Los Angeles/San Diego, plenty of room there! Liberals love Children, right?

hey now. San Diego is conservative republican and the first line of defense against Mexico. We have enough problems. But I wouldn't mind if Pelosi's San Francisco became their new home - surely they can afford the problems.

Well, someone has to occupy all of the investment properties that were bought up by banks when American citizens were evicted. The U.S. government is going to subsidize these illegal aliens with our tax dollars and ensure these “investment” properties pay off royally.

This stink from DC is overwhelming.

No one said anything about “Hispanics”. The subject is “Illegal Aliens”.

I’ve posted this story before but we don’t really have many illegals in my semi-isolated locale. We do have migrant workers in the summer that travel around working on local farms, I am sure many are illegal. A few years back one caused an explosion and lost a leg. NY has gone overboard—he has a free apartment, welfare for life, a settlement (although it was his fault), health care, and was moved to a small local city where he now has 10-15 people sharing his one room apartment on any given day. None speak English or will learn. They use up vital emergency resources because they are always drunk, cause fights, call an ambulance for a free ride to the larger cities hospital (they’re suddenly fine when they reach the hospital) and are suspected of many thefts, This is one example. This small city claims to be on the verge of bankruptcy and between these guys and the druggies I can see why.

Well, since the illegals in the news are 95% Hispanics, not Eskimos or Finns, I made the leap.

I live in NW Houston. Bought a David Weekly Home. Then KB came in and built a future ghetto in the next section. I could throw a rock from my back yard and hit one of the houses. They’ve been there about two years and there are already foreclosures. I was riding my bike through the area a while ago and all I heard was Spanish. I’m afraid some of the “relatives” live there.

I’ll stay here until it gets bad and walk away if I have to.

All of them will be taken to federally owned locations all over the country. The only way to stop it would be secession and then firing on all of the “Ft. Sumter” bases.

There’s a big two story in my neighborhood that is in foreclosure. It was only bought about two years ago. By Hispanics who are now gone.

Why?

I'm going to guess your parents bought that 3 bedroom home themselves, as opposed to “renting it” via a government subsidy.

I don't know if you are knowingly erecting a strawman argument, or just truly have no clue what actually goes on in low-mid priced apartments, rental houses, and mobile home communities throughout the USA.

The best ones do not allow any “Section 8” tenants.
The second tier allow some,(usually mandated by local laws) but run the complexes with an iron fist, harsher than any report you have ever read about any nasty, power drunk, home owners associations.

And next you have all the rest of them. Basically garden variety slumlords, where the owners own personal criminal proclivities determine just how truly dangerous the place will be to live within.
Our government loves “them” as the very best of all!
The number of police calls, emergency medical calls, evictions, intensive social services supervisions and general problems justify a huge number of government bureaucrats and marginally qualified civil service personnel gainfully employed.

Much more of this draining on the middle class taxpayer and we’ll all be sharing 10-20 per room.

In my area it’s pretty much middle class working men.....but one block away a couple houses were sold for section 8#.....then the troubles began.

Kids running all over till late into the night. When you’re not home they will sit on anyone’s front stoop or in front of their house as if they own it. Have no regard for other peoples property. And they yell with every curse word you can imagine. I don’t understand why they hang out on the street the way they do.....and that with all their friends stopping by throughout the evening.

This is the third batch we’ve had...they ‘all’ end up evicted til the next arrives, and each batch seems worse than ones prior.

I’ll move if this keeps up.

I’m livid they turned over a couple homes a block from me to section #8. Had problems with those who move in and out ever since.

My son lived in a beautiful middle class cul de sac outside the city, a family sold their home to section #8 despite all the neighbors begging them not to..

Within one year my son moved his family as did most of the rest of the neighbors once there...the whole place went down hill.

because I believe immigration (in reasonable numbers, and during economic times when immigrants can reasonably expect to find employment)... benefits USA.
so many of our inventions, and successful companies for that matter, have been the accomplishments of immigrants

etc etc etc

but in these depression times, the number of immigrants just has to be reduced, if only to show a little respect for our own citizens who can’t find work

and ALL immigrants MUST be vetted.... to make sure more IslamoNazis or Mexican drug gangsters are not brought in here!

so anyway, that’s my view.
thanks

If you drive up and tell them to get off your stoop they’ll firebomb you later. We’re going to end up prisoners in our own homes.

I do not of some small southern towns that are completely white and will NEVER tolerate intruders. One is the town where I grew up. I’ll probably move there eventually.

Or maybe Mexico since all the bad Mexicans will be here.

Welcome to my nightmare, as a lifelong property renter!

Also, one of the many reasons I remain a tenant, as opposed to a “homeowner”.

Since my child is raised now, I'm seriously considering buying an old RV to live in.
As long as I keep the tires in good condition, I can still evacuate whenever the situation warrants...

LOL!
As if a pale skin tone would make you automatically accepted as righteous kinfolk among any closed Caucasian tribal society.

That plan might work better up north...

I could have bought that explanation for why you support immigration years ago...but what your speaking of isn’t what’s coming here now or for the past years. They are not interested in being Americans but of transforming our country to something they want conducive to their population.

Additionally why didn’t those you speak of take their inventions etc, once successful, back to their own countries and do likewise for their own people?

I ran into that same story with college students from overseas....they say they want to make a difference in their country but they don’t return...they get accustomed to the comforts here and we know the rest of that story.

The immigrants who use to come here loved this country, understood freedom and what it is to not have it. They learned the language and worked hard to find a place in our country to make it theirs. They were proud Americans.....that is not what we hear today from those coming in.

The ‘majority’ coming here in these past years are simply looking for creature comforts, and too many the only freedom they want is “free “ ride. So I don’t buy those coming in are as you mentioned..and ‘the majority’ are a drag on everything in this country.

It isn’t just the numbers...it’s the underlings coming here ...the criminal element and the free loaders. We’ve become the garbage dump for other nations undesirables which they won’t and don’t want to attend to.....sending them here makes their problem ours and gives their nations of those remaining a better lifestyle for not having the drag on their economies.
