Well it starts with the hands, then on to the muscles in her arm, shoulders and neck (which do look VERY manly) - then the width of her shoulders compared to the norm for females vs males - a few other things plus several pics of her with a noticeable bulge where it shouldn't be..... but they mention the wild prints and colors - lots of jewelry near her neck as camouflage
