Krauthammer’s Take: Obama ‘Practically Half Asleep’ in Airliner Speech By NRO Staff July 18, 2014
On Friday’s Special Report, Charles Krauthammer slammed Obama for the “unbelievable, passive nature” of his speech, which addressed the Malaysian airliner catastrophe in Eastern Ukraine. Reacting to yesterday’s news of the shooting down of the civilian plane – almost certainly at the hands of Russian-armed rebels – the president appeared disinterested, and ”practically half asleep.” That response makes sense only if Obama believes that the events will necessarily go badly for Russia. However, Krauthammer contended, there is no reason to think that is true in the absence of American leadership.
“He’s relying on the Europeans,” Krauthammer said. “The Europeans will never act. They never act on anything unless they’re led by the U.S.”
He added, “On contaminating the site – the president, I hope he’s doing this but I doubt he is – behind the scenes organizing an objective European inspection team to go. It is Ukrainian sovereign territory. Have it land in Kiev and have the Ukrainian authorities, with NATO protection if they need, go to the site and secure it. But are they even thinking in those terms? No. The president says ‘the site has to be secured’ in the same way he said ‘Assad has to go.’ And it has the same weight: zero.”

Hey, give the guy a break. Golfing every damn day and the whiny DNC booking all those fund raisers - it takes a lot out of a guy. Then the old lady is on his ass about taking her to the Vineyard for their tenth vacation this year.
I think Obama is still abusing drugs. In his books I don’t recall him mentioning he stopped using all those drugs he was on. He wrote about smoking crack...one doesn’t kick that habit so easily.
And of course he is probably still addicted to the other form of crack.
Hence, the name.
Looked like a double dose of coke and Xanax.
That’s what I think whenever I have the misfortune of seeing his pathetic mug and hearing that droning, arrogant voice. He’s on something. Or was the night before.

Watching the apologists on Saturday Today talking down what the US can do about this. The European issue meme has went out far and wide. I think not so much because they believe it or even because it is true but to cover for Mr. Paper A__hole.
This is how people who are bored with, and over their head in, their jobs act.
It’s always been obvious that Obama is only animated by “social justice” issues. Everything else about his job he performs with the body language of a high school senior doing a Civics presentation.
FoxNews has an on-screen headline that Obama failed to get tough.
Yesterday on ABC Radio news, they were claiming that Obama ‘was demanding ...’ Russia step up and take responsibility.
The Media still give their darling all the cover they can.
