I’m convinced that this move is to ensure that pro conservative rallies and events have fewer viewers, though.

Aren’t they funded by tax dollars? Is it legal for them to do this -only allowing certain taxpayers to use the services that all taxpayers are forced to pay for?

You’re welcome, that second one sure has a bunch of shows! The internet has come a long ways media-wise since the mid-90’s. Back in those days, there either wasn’t much to choose from or it was the ‘buffering...please wait’ show! Ah, memories!

If the Cable and Satellite providers take this route, their monopoly on the live coverage of House and Senate proceedings ought to come to an end, rather rapidly I would think.

An opportunity for someone, perhaps an obligation C-Span is ready to give up.
