Yes it is terrible that disasters bring out the worst of human nature. In this case, looting.
We need to protect the identites of our deceased here in AmeriKa too. Especially at election time.
The difference in Donetsk however is that the looters there were also the killers.

Rescue workers have been allowed on to the site, Ukraine said, and have found 186 of the 298 bodies - but have been stopped from taking anything away.
Why don’t they just just come out and say that the PRO-RUSSIA family members or wait..... even better yet...the PRO-RUSSIA brothers, sisters, aunt, uncles and children of Vladimir Putin are pulling the gold teeth out of the dead bodies, peeing on them and then hacking off their ears and noses to make souvenir necklaces. See how much better that sounds?

This happens in every third-world hell-hole, and there are plenty of historical examples of it.
This happened in the middle of a war zone, where central authority has broken down.
Our western values may be appalled by it, but why does anyone feign surprise? What do you think would happen to the belongings if it had crashed in Central Detroit, without police intervention?

Based on your past posts I am surprised we agree 100% on what sort of animals these your "brave Russian freedom fighters" are.
I think the difference is, it's the loyalists who are acting as the 'police' in securing the zone but it's these same 'police' who are doing the looting. If (real) police in Detroit were looting a crash site, while keeping others away, I think the citizens of Detroit would have something to say about that.
Russia as a civilized nation is done.
I can just imagine the looting and plunder that will ensue if super markets are emptied after the predicted economic collapse of of the dollar and the United States.
Seriously? Nothing Putin or the rebels do causes you any problems whatsoever do they? Everything is either someone else’s fault or worse somewhere else. If you’re not being paid by the Kremlin, you should really think about sending them an invoice.
Add Tampering with a mass murder crime scene to the long list of Russian crimes in Ukraine.
