A Massachusetts teenager charged with raping and murdering his teacher last year after following her into a bathroom followed a chillingly similar plan when he attacked a female jail counselor last month in the youth detention center where he was being held, authorities say. Chism's attorney, Denise Regan, did not challenge the bail or conditions of bail. She asked that her client be excused from his next scheduled court appearance on September 19 because of the stress it causes him.

Among other sicknesses, this boy may be choosing women who resemble his mother, who is caucasian. Did no one see any hint of this madness before now? If I read the article correctly, he was being visited by a female jail counselor a few months after being incarcerated. What does he do? He tries to strangle his counselor and had to be pulled off. He presently has a female lawyer. Maybe she is court appointed can’t say no.
I looked up his family, and his dad left the mom a while back. Here is what the rapist/murderers' uncle had to say about him--
Chism's uncle, Terrance Chism Blaine, who lives in Clarksville, Tenn., told ABC News affiliate WKRN-TV his nephew was "such a good kid." "He might have been upset. You know teenagers go through that. He's 14, growing up still. That's the only thing that I can imagine. That's the only thing that I can imagine because I can't imagine anything else. It's like a story-book kid. Perfect family," Blaine said.
That might cause him too much stress.
That is a scary sick statement.
What a great story this would have made if only she was armed, and shot him during the tussle, if there even was one. He could have then claimed she was stalking and following him on her way to the ladies room. Of course it would get wheels by the Media who would brand her as a Tea party, right wing crazy wannabe cop and run it for weeks. Tried as a minor, maybe 10 yrs, no remorse, and he walks.

In the South they used to take care of these cases in an expeditious manner.
