FULL TITLE: Enraged female motorist 'bites' tow truck driver and smashes windows as her prized SUV is taken away for repossession
A female motorist has been accused of savagely biting a recovery man after he arrived at her home to tow away her vehicle for repossession.
Lakeisha Smith, 29, from Spartanburg, South Carolina, flew into a rage on Sunday evening when Scott Fowler came to pick up her prized Cadillac Escalade, with part of the event caught on camera.
Cell phone-filmed footage shows her trying to drive the luxury SUV off the tow truck before manically smashing in all of the windows with a tire iron.

I know a guy who owns a used car lot. He will sell to anyone. After April 15th is his busiest time. They plop down money on exactly what they want, he charges 20% interest and doesn’t check credit and carries his own loans, and then installs a GPS on the car so that when they don’t make the payment he knows where it is and repos it......then starts the whole process again. lol Its easy money for him.

Who loaned this woman that kind of money, especially given that she has had two past cars repoed?
It is quite possible that she has some “boyfriend” who does God knows what for a “living”, and he had “business problems”. As a result, he couldn’t keep up the payments, and they repossessed the car.
Ain’t that the truth.
The police are prohibited in participating in a repo action. She almost crossed the line into criminal actions, but mainly this was a civil matter, so the cops must stand aside.

Does he inform the “purchaser” about the installed GPS (or is there some small print in the “paperwork” that the purchaser “acknowledges’ the GPS)? Seems there could be some legal ramifications about tracking the whereabouts.
