I’ve heard some pretty choice words come out of the mouths of 5 year olds because that what mommy’s boyfriend says when things aren’t going his way.
Course the five year old has no clue why those words are so bad, but they sure get a reaction.
I have too. Believe me.
WE used to live in a welfare community, much like living an episode of COPS, and it’s really amazing what some kids know that they shouldn’t.
But an adult should have enough self-control to not react like that.
My kids, when they were little, knew how to push my buttons, and they would get what was coming from it, but NEVER grabbing them like that and pushing them against the wall. Even as their mother, while I felt free to used physical discipline, I never lost that kind of control.
