SAINT ALBANS, WV -
A man is facing two felonies after he and a teenager broke into a home to eat and have sex.
Saint Albans police were called to the 2000 block of Grant Avenue in Saint Albans, West Virginia at about 8 p.m. on July 30.
When police arrived at the home, they found a side door opened. Inside they found a 15-year-old girl and a man she said was her boyfriend and only 16-years-old and named Michael Meadows.

The 15y/o girl is already of pretty low character. If I read this correctly, this girl was helping this guy rob her Grandmother’s House. So this dude was supposed to be 16y/o? That age wasn’t likely seeing his receeding hairline, but some of these youths today do look older than their actual age. This disparity may be due to some kids being overweight,
or some purposely dressing up or adopting gestures of older teens. It appears that the average height and weight of healthy youths has gone up compared to previous generations. So there you have another paradox; they are bigger than before, look much older than before, but act like twelve year olds well after junior high if they can get away with it. Not all are this way, not even the majority are as if yet, but a sizeable segment would fit this description.
