Now, however, comes news of an athlete deemed too hot to continue playing for Kazakhstans youth teama female athlete. Eighteen-year-old Sabina Altynbekovas a stellar player, but her coach tells Tengrin News,
Its impossible to work like this. The crowd behaves like there is only one player at the championship.
Her teammates are annoyed too, even as she insists shes in the game for all the right reasons. According to the Daily Mail, Altynbekova said, I was flattered at first but its all getting a little bit much. I want to concentrate on playing volleyball and to be famous for that, not anything else.

She could use a cheeseburger. And a tanning salon.
I’m never going to Kazakhstan.
Yeah she’s pretty but so are most 18 year old girls including those on her team.
She’s not a game stopper
Yeah. I’m avoiding any place ending in -stan, m’self...
Well she could move to the US and do beach volleyball...;-)
Even in the world of volleyball Francesca Piccinini has her beat hands down.
Well, 18 year old girls are mostly strikingly attractive, at the peak of youth and beauty.
Some of these volleyball players and gymnasts wear such form fitting uniforms too, which enhances what one can notice about them. If you get my meaning. And maybe that’s an issue with this girl.
Yes, but they only have other Kazakhstani women as a basis of comparison...
Wowza!!
I ref at some big girls volleyball tournaments.
There are literally hundreds of girls much better looking than this gal.
Point well taken.
At least she does not play in a burka
Pending more evidence, I’m voting for the one on the right....
Nice!!!
Central Asia is a crossroads of ethnicities.
She looks more Asiatic than Turkic. But believe it or not, what matters over there is where one is born & raised, not appearance.
While deployed I met several young Uzbek women who differed greatly in their looks (all were pretty). One was ethnic Korean, others were Turkic with brown hair & round eyes, another looked like a blond Russian with blue eyes but insisted that she was a native Uzbek.
Objections to beauty in team sports probably are based on something far more ominous that this girl’s `distracting’ appearance: Islam & its hatred of women who wear anything other than burkas. Kazakhstan is still mostly secular after decades of Soviet rule, but Muslim demands for Shariah rule are out there & not good.
She can spike me any day of the week.
