Mrs. R2z very badly damaged one of her ankles sliding down a long outside bannister-railing about 10 years ago (showing off to our children). Did not seek treatment and it didn't get healed fully for 3 or 4 years. You did well insuring Mrs. Sans-Culotte got immediate treatment.
