I feel for the guy. Lost the use of my left hand after an accident three and a half years ago, so I can no longer play woodwinds.

If I could afford a Bach bass trombone I guarantee I'd have a paying gig in under a year.

Interestingly, I just saw a news story about a guy who had a hand transplant, and he’s training his new hand by playing piano.
