Promise of God concerning disease

If we as a nation follow God, we will live in peace and good health. If not, the opposite will happen:

Deuteronomy 7:15New American Standard Bible (NASB)

15 The Lord will remove from you all sickness; and He will not put on you any of the harmful diseases of Egypt which you have known, but He will lay them on all who hate you.

The Bible provides us with the proper principles for living. Any other religious system does not do so. Ultimately, one sees the consequences of wrong living at all levels. Found this passage in Deuteronomy 7:15 that really applies to the present time.

Regarding what is appropriate to eat, well, every moving thing that is alive, the Bible says. One restriction is present, though, not the blood of anything. We now know that specifically through blood, diseases are spread. The source of HIV was from Chimpanzee meat consumption. The source of Ebola appears to be from Fruit Bats. Now, how were these foods prepared? Researchers should look into that.

Gen 9:3 “Every moving thing that is alive shall be food for you; I give all to you, as I gave the green plant.
Gen 9:4 "Only you shall not eat flesh with its life, that is, its blood. (NASB)

Acts 15:29 that you abstain from things sacrificed to idols and from blood and from things strangled and from fornication; if you keep yourselves free from such things, you will do well. Farewell.”

Shouldn’t be eating anything with blood. Poor practices lead to diseases. However, that is YOUR choice. It doesn’t say to cut off the heads of those who disagree.
