A car was pulled over at 11:11 p.m. Sept. 18 for traveling 84 miles per hour in a 65-mile-per-hour zone. The driver had no license and multiple registrations were found both on the vehicle and in the rear window. The driver, who said he and his passengers were students at Eastern Kentucky University on their way to visit a family member at a Cleveland hospital, was additionally cited for fictitious plates. Police also notified U.S. Immigration officials, who requested photos of the credentials the men provided.
