Obama’s immigration order could cost Florida taxpayers billions

Florida has the highest increase in illegal immigration of any state from 2009 to 2012, according to the Pew Research Center.

President Obama’s executive order last week in which he bypassed Congress and suspended deportations to some 4 to 5 million undocumented aliens will undoubtedly have a significant impact on the state, both politically and economically.

FAIR, a pro-legal immigration nonpartisan group, estimates that between local, state and federal costs, Florida taxpayers could eventually see a $981 tax burden per household to service the nearly 1 million unauthorized immigrant residing in the state.

If you send your child to school in a district where you don’t live you can be arrested and charged with theft of services. How is it that the federal government can place children in your school district, not pay for their education and expect them to attend public school? Is that not also theft of services?

Under Obama’s plan most of the illegals will fill low income jobs. This includes the STEM jobs, because technology needs skilled workers but won't pay American wages.
These people will get their social security cards and they will pay their taxes. These will be low income jobs. If these illegals have kids, they will be eligible for earned income credits where they get a tax refund from the system pulling more money out than they put in. Also they will be eligible for SS entitlements,medicare.
We cannot let this stand.
