It took jurors only an hour to find Christian Ferdinand guilty of murdering Shaniesha Forbes in 2013 after she told him she was pregnant and he was the father. ‘I hope he won’t see the light of day again,’ the victim’s mother, Sandra Price, said after the verdict was announced in Brooklyn Supreme Court.
Christian Ferdinand was convicted Monday of smothering 14-year-old Shaniesha Forbes to death, shoving her body in a suitcase and setting it aflame on a Brooklyn beach.
A subhuman Brooklynite was convicted Monday of killing a 14-year-old girl, burning her body and dumping her in a creek after she told him she was pregnant with his baby.
It took jurors only an hour to find Christian Ferdinand, 22, guilty of the 2013 murder of Shaniesha Forbes — a teenager he hooked up with after they met on Facebook.
“It didn’t deserve to live,” the remorseless killer callously told a friend, according to trial testimony.

Same exact justification is given by pro-abortion advocates and by women who “are not ready for a baby now” for disposing of unborn children.

This hairball is a child molester and once he is incarcerated, he will be dealt with by his peers. Prisoners really have a distaste for child molesters.
And the autopsy showed that she wasn’t pregnant. And,,,, the perp asked for a sentence of community service!
He is a pretty boy. Bubba is going to really like him. Remember the line “you got a purty mouth boy”?

To begin with, a pregnant 14-year-old.
Add a murderous monster who thinks killing is no big deal.
Almost inevitable that no good can come from this.

This is exact the culture which needs to be examined - the little girl was only 14 years old. Put the spotlight on both of the families - the dead girl’s family and the murderer’s family. Let’s do some analyzing.

As heinous of an act as it was, he only killed one, (that we know of)she was not pregnant.
All he has to is to convert to Islam while in jail, and all is forgiven.
NY hasn’t had the death penalty for 10 years. But he will get life without parole.
Actually, she wasn’t pregnant, so it appears she made up that story to try to keep him hooked.
Or she mistakenly thought she was pregnant. The story doesn’t indicate that though.
Story says he’ll probably get 25 years.
There you have it. A 14-year-old on facebook, who as far as we can tell from the story, voluntarily got together and had sex with a 22-year-old. Then, it appears from the story, lied to him about being pregnant, something some girls do in the hopes of keeping a man who otherwise might leave them.
In this case, if that is what she did, it didn’t work out for her, as he killed her for it.
In part, I blame the abortion culture. If abortion was illegal, he wouldn’t be able to ask her to get an abortion, so he wouldn’t be mad that she would refuse it. Further, if abortion was illegal, he wouldn’t think it was OK to kill the baby, and would be less likely then to kill the women for not killing the baby.
Also, this shows the problem with legal abortion. If she HAD been pregnant, and the boy had merely threatened her life, she might have ended up going with him to get an abortion, probably at a PP clinic where they wouldn’t report that a 14-year-old was getting an abortion after sleeping with a 22-year-old. So he’d get away with murder.
